“D” Donoso

“D” is the result of the best of our domaine: Vineyards with an average age of 60 years, combined with refined wine making skills account for this balanced, fine and elegant blend, apt for degustation by real conoisseurs.

Tasting Notes

Intense and brilliant red color with delicate violet hues. Its aroms reminds of black fruits and blackberries, delicate spiced hints of pepper and anise, toasted oak and vanilla, product of its aging in French barrels.

Variety

40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Carménère, 20% Malbec and 10% Cabernet Franc.

Harvest

Hand-picked grapes, between April 25 and May 10, 2007.

Food Pairing Suggestion

Recommended with spicy foods, a wide range of meats, like ostrich, beef, lamb and pork. Mature cheeses are a great accompaniment, too.
