Tasting notes from July 2008: This wine has great violet-red color, it shows interesting fruit notes of fresh plum and raspberry. The toasted oak notes come out nicely in the mouth due to the barrel aging.

20% aged in toasted American oak barrels for 10 months.
Harmony with food:
It is recommended to serve the wine with all types of red meat and spicy pastas. Aged cheeses are a great complement for its tannins.
