Tasting Notes November 2007: This Chardonnay of lightly gold color, with grapefruit aromas, tropical fruit and toasted and hazelnut. In mouth it has a fresh attack, and then it opens; it is well structured with wood notes and a nice persistence in mouth.
Varieties:
100% Chardonnay. All the varieties are estate grown from Sandy Clay Loam.
Harvest:
Only hand-picked grapes, between March 22nd and April 4th, 2007.

Ageing:
50% of the blend made malolactic fermentation, and 50% is kept in stainless steel tanks, which provides the perfect balance.
Harmony with food:
Our Chardonnay goes well with all kinds of baked rich fish, and white meats served with a cream sauce. It is also very good as an aperitif.
How to drink:
Serve at 12° C (53,6°F) in a wide glass.
Age capacity:
2013, if the wine is stored between 12°C (53,6ºF) to 15°C (59ºF)
