Tasting Notes:

This Cabernet Sauvignon has an intense, bright, transparent and deep ruby red color. In nose, we can find black olives, red pepper, and notes of cloves. In mouth its acidity is elegant, firm tannins, well balanced, and it is of long finish and medium body.

Varieties:

85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Carmenere and 5% Cabernet Franc. All the varieties are estate grown from Sandy Clay Loam. The irrigation of the vineyards occurs biannually with clear mountain water, from the Andes.

Harvest:

Only hand-picked grapes, between March 30th and April 24th, 2006.

This wine is ideal to serve with friends and family at a delicious barbecue, or rest in general.

How to drink:

Serve at 17°C (62, 6 °F) in a wide glass or alternatively, allow the wine to breath in a carafe for half an hour.
