Tasting Notes November 2007: This Rosé has a pink color accented with violet tones, it is elegant and, has berries tones, with elegant strawberry tones, in mouth is feels fresh, elegant and the acidity is present, it has a good long length.
Varieties:
90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Carmenere and 5% Malbec. All the varieties are estate grown from Sandy Clay Loam. The irrigation of the vineyards occurs biannually with clear mountain water, from the Andes.
Harvest:
Only hand-picked grapes, between April 20th and April 30th, 2007.

This wine is excellent as aperitif and it can be served with a wide variety of plates, from soft flavors to spicy ones.
How to drink:
Serve at 12°C (53,6 °F) in a wide glass or alternatively, allow the wine to breath in a carafe for 20 minutes.
