Tasting Notes:
This Chardonnay has a beautiful and fine straw yellow color. Its aroma evokes ripe peaches and notes of apricot. In mouth it is fresh, crisp, and balanced; it has a light body and a medium length.
Varieties:
100% Chardonnay. All the varieties are estate grown from Sandy Clay Loam. The irrigation of the vineyards occurs biannually with clear mountain water from the Andes.
Harvest:
Only hand-picked grapes, between March 23rd and March 30th, 2007.

A wonderful companion with sea food and a large variety of cheeses; or serve as an aperitif.
How to drink:
Serve at 12°C(53, 6°F) in a wide glass or alternatively, allow the wine to breath in a carafe for an hour.
