Tasting Notes:
This Sauvignon Blanc shows a yellow green color, and good intensity. Its aroma is of fresh cut grass, with tones of green chili. It has an elegant acidity, a pleasant finish with citric tones.
Varieties:
100% Sauvignon Blanc. All the varieties are estate grown from Sandy Clay Loams. The irrigation of the vineyards occurs biannually with clear mountain water from the Andes.
Harvest:
Only hand-picked grapes, between March 10th and March 16th, 2007.

This wine accents sea food, or can be served as an aperitif.
How to drink:
Serve at 12°C in a wide glass or alternatively, allow the wine to breath in a carafe.
