Casa Donoso presents its product "Evolución" a concept of wine full of perfumes and agreeable flavors, which virtue is to go on from the complex and heterogeneous to the simple and pure.

Tasting Notes:
This Syrah has a deep ruby red color. It remarks its deepness and shine; it has aromas of cinnamon, olive oil, with blueberry tones. It has strong and present tannins, and it has medium acidity and body.
Varieties:
95% Syrah, and 5% Merlot. All the varieties are estate grown from Sandy Clay Loam. The irrigation of the vineyards occurs biannually with clear mountain water, from the Andes.
Harvest:
Only hand-picked grapes, between April 27th and May 3rd, 2006.

This wine ideal to be served with plates of no very strong flavors, such as fillet or baked loin pork.
How to drink:
Serve at 17°C (62,6 °F) in a wide glass or alternatively, allow the wine to breath in a carafe for an hour.
